Mr Daryl Ng
Deputy Chairman, Sino Group
Mr Daryl Ng Win Kong, JP, aged 41, is an Executive Director (since April 2005) and Deputy Chairman of Sino Group, since November 2017. Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York; an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Savannah College of Art and Design; and an Honorary University Fellowship from The Open University of Hong Kong.
He is a Non-Executive Director of The Bank of East Asia, Limited.; and Chairman of Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, a company listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. He is also a Member of the 12th and 13th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
Dr Charles Chen Yidan
Dr Charles Chen is a Core Founder of Tencent; Founder and Honorary Chairman of Tencent Charity Foundation; Founder of the Yidan Prize; and Founder of Wuhan College. With degrees from Shenzhen University (BS), Nanjing University (MA) and Singapore Management University (DBA), he is also a member of the Harvard Global Advisory Council, and a founding director of Westlake University.
Dr Chen has received the China Charity Award and stands among China’s top ten philanthropists. He topped the ranks of the 13th China Charity Ranking in 2016, and was China’s lead philanthropist in the 2017 Forbes China Philanthropist list.
Dr Chen is also known as the "First Man of Chinese Internet Philanthropy" and “Father of Internet Philanthropy”.
Dr Justin Chiu
Dr Justin Chiu joined the CK Group in 1997, and has been an Executive Director of CK Asset Holdings Ltd. since February 2015. He has more than 30 years of international experience in real estate.
Dr Chiu is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; a Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation; a Senior Visiting Fellow of the Department of Land Economy at University of Cambridge; an Honorary Professor of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Sun Yat-sen University; and an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business of Hong Kong Baptist University.
He was conferred with the degree of Doctor of Social Sciences, honoris causa by Hong Kong Baptist University; and the degree of Doctor of Laws, honoris causa by Trent University, Canada.
Ms Winnie Chiu
President and Executive Director, Dorsett Hospitality International
A real estate and hospitality leader, Ms. Winnie Chiu, J.P. is the President and Executive Director of Dorsett Hospitality International; Joint Managing Director and Executive Director of Far East Consortium; and the Chairman of AGORA Hospitality Group. Over the last decade, Hong Kong-based Dorsett Hospitality International has grown from 11 hotels in 3 geographies to 61 hotels in 23 cities across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, Continental Europe and Japan. Ms Chiu is also one of the youngest Justice of the Peace appointed by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and a passionate advocate for arts and culture, education, sustainability and impact investment.
Dr Calvin Choi
Dr Calvin Choi is the Chairman and CEO of AMTD Group and the Founder and Chairman of AMTD Charity Foundation. He is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, international capital markets, professional auditing, and the Fintech and innovation sectors.
Beyond his leadership in AMTD, Dr Choi holds various positions with a range of social enterprises and charity organisations. He is a member of the Hong Kong Government’s Cyberport Advisory Council; a member of Prisoners’ Education Trust Fund Investment Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Government; the Vice Chairman of Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation; the Vice Chairman of China Young Entrepreneurs Association; the Honourable President of Hong Kong Army Cadets Association; and Vice President of Hong Kong Federation of Professions. He also serves as a Board Director of ASEAN Financial Innovation Network (“AFIN”) – a non-profit entity formed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore; International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group; and the ASEAN Bankers Association, with the objectives of supporting financial innovation and inclusion around the world. Dr Choi has also been a Board Director of the Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 3866; SZSE: 002948) since 2016, and is the Founder and Chairman of Regional Banks+ Strategic Cooperation Alliance; and the Founder and Chairman of the Greater Bay Young Entrepreneurs Association.
In 2020, Dr Choi was selected as one of the “Top 12 FinTech Leaders” by Singapore FinTech Association. In 2019, he was awarded “Asia FinTech Leader” by the Singapore FinTech Association. In 2017, he was selected as a “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum. He was also selected by the Institutional Investor magazine as one of the global “FinTech Finance 35” in 2016.
Mr Koh Tuck Lye
Mr Koh Tuck Lye is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shunwei Capital, an early to growth stage venture fund with over US$3 billion in funds under management. Shunwei Capital invests primarily in China, and also in India and Indonesia. Mr Koh has extensive investment experience, spanning multiple industries, including TMT, manufacturing, retail & consumer and logistics. At Shunwei Capital, Mr Koh is responsible for overall investment and management, and has led the firm’s investments in mobile internet, IoT, Internet+, deep technology, India and Indonesia.
Mr Koh’s representative investments include Xiaomi (1810.HK), 17zuoye, DXY, Patsnap, Onemore, Kingsoft (3888.HK), BlueD, ShareChat, Meesho, KrazyBee and Gojek. He was formerly a board member of Xiaomi and was involved in fund raising, investments and strategy in the early years of its founding.
Before co-founding Shunwei Capital, he held various positions with C.V. Starr, GIC, AIG and Deutsche Bank. Mr Koh graduated from the National University of Singapore and Stanford University.
Dr Lei Wenyong
Dr Lei Wenyong is the Founder and Chairman of Tieqilishi Group, a large-scale Chinese agriculture, animal husbandry and food enterprise with increasing global footprint. He has won numerous regional and national awards, including "National Model Worker", "Outstanding Talent in Sichuan”, and a Commemorative Medal for the 70th Anniversary Celebration of the Founding of the People's Republic of China.
In 2019, he graduated from the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme presented jointly by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and Singapore Management University.
Ms Poman Lo
Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Regal Hotels Group
Ms Poman Lo is the Vice Chairman of Century City International Holdings Limited, and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Regal Hotels Group. Ms Lo founded AlphaTrio Capital, an Asia-focused green tech fund to empower innovative solutions for the most pressing environmental challenges. She serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching sustainable business management and impact investing at The University of Hong Kong. She founded the non-profit Institute of Sustainability and Technology with a mission to nurture the next generation of ESG talent. Ms Lo is also the founder of the One Earth Summit and One Earth Alliance which seeks to unite the most influential leaders in connecting capital to sustainable innovations and kickstarting the global impact revolution.
In Hong Kong, Ms Lo has been appointed as Member of Chief Executive’s Policy Unit Expert Group, Member of the Green Technology and Finance Development Committee, and Council Member of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Globally, Ms Lo takes an active leadership role at the United Nations (UNESCAP), serving as the Chair of the ESBN Finance Task and Asia Pacific Green Deal for Business Committee.
Ms Lo was awarded the Angier B. Duke Scholarship at 15 and graduated summa cum laude at 19. She was the first female Asian to receive the “Oslo Business for Peace Award”. In 2023, she was awarded the “Business Person of the Year Award” at the DHL/SCMP Hong Kong Business Awards.
Mr David Su
Mr David Su is a Founding Managing Partner at Matrix Partners China, which is focused primarily on mobile internet, software and healthcare investments.
Mr Su has been investing in China for the last two decades and some of his early stage investments include Didi Chuxing; Baidu (NSDQ:BIDU); Bona Film (NSDQ:BONA); Focus Media (NSDQ:FMCN); Kanghui Medical (NYSE:KH); Kingfriend Biochemical (SS:603707); Kingnet Games (SZ:002517); China Youzan (8083.HK); AAC Technologies (2018.HK); and Heptagon (SIX:AMS).
Before Matrix, Mr Su was a Founding General Partner of TDF Capital and KPCB China. Prior to joining the venture capital industry, Mr Su worked at Lotus Development, an IBM Software Group for seven years and was last responsible for Lotus’ software and services business in Greater China region. Mr Su graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dr. Sun Xiushun is the Founder and Chairman of Winning International Group, a diversified conglomerate based in Singapore, with businesses in areas including Ship Owning, Shipping Operation, Maritime Transshipment, Ship Management, Mining Development, and Construction and Operation of Railway and Port.
In 2015, Winning, in collaboration with partners, established SMB-Winning Consortium, entering bauxite mining in West Africa, Guinea. With the success of the bauxite project, Guinea has become China's largest bauxite supplier by providing nearly 50% of China's annual bauxite imports.

Mr Teo Swee Ann
Mr Teo Swee Ann is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Espressif Systems (688018.SH), a public multinational, fabless semiconductor company established in 2008, with offices in China, the Czech Republic, India, Singapore and Brazil. He and his team focus on developing cutting-edge Wi-Fi-and-Bluetooth, low-power, Artifical Intelligence of Things (AIoT) solutions. These include the popular ESP8266 and ESP32 series of chips and modules for AIoT applications. As advocates of open source, Mr Teo and his team also provide open-source software to support the development of tomorrow's AIoT technology.
Mr Teo graduated with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Law from National University of Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in Integrated Circuit design.
Mr Jeff Tung
Chairman & Executive Director, SY Holdings Group Limited
Mr Jeff Tung is the founder of SY Holdings Group Limited. Its subsidiary, Sheng Ye Capital, a data-driven supply chain financing company in China, became profitable within a year from launch. It listed in 3.5 years and reached a market capitalisation of US$850 million.
Mr Tung obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration with Merit from Singapore Management University (SMU) in May 2013. In 2018, he was appointed as a Committee Member of the SMU Enterprise Board and currently assists the Board with discovering high-potential entrepreneurs, providing mentorship, and sharing business experience to help entrepreneurs grow their business ideas. Mr Tung is also the donor of the SMU P.A.K Entrepreneurship Fund that supports an entrepreneurship student club and an annual business ideas competition at SMU.

Mr Ni Chao

Mr Wang Dan (Daniel)
